Market time keeps resetting?

Whenever I go on the market page theres the bullet point that says you have to have a valid purchase between 30 days to a year to use the market
Then I have this other thing that says you can use the market until (date)
its happening to me since one and a half month ..i shot a steamsupport a ticket as well but no reply from steam..help!!

Only that 5 Dec one counts. Retail purchases (codes) do not count for the market restriction.

No, those are not transactions. Those are redemptions. Using a CD Key or redeeming a Steam wallet code does not count.
You must buy something on Steam itself. Not enter a code on Steam.
And yes, the purchase you made today counts, now wait 30 days.
