Steam Guide - There was an error processing your request?

Hello,

me and my boyfriend were creating a guide, some time ago.

Today I wanted to change the picture of the guide, but it didn´t work out.

I always get the error message: "There was an error processing your request."

What can I do to fix it?

But I tried to do this for like ... 2 Months now. Made many posts. Contacted the support and such, but nothing is working out for me.
I tried it weekly, it´s still broken. I am not even mad, but it´s just annoying.

I get this when crafting badges and going back and forth from the market to my profile to my badge screen, etc. You'd think a multi billion dollar company would be flawless.....it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic.

Open new windows by using the middle mouse button or Control+click on any link you want to click on.

It'll save you a lot of trouble.

I was having the same issue. I just used a 195x195 (not bigger than that) and it worked

I still have a problem people had in 2016 year.
