Buying Steam game with Xbox cards?

Hey, I have 65$ worth of Xbox gift cards and I really want to buy watch dogs 2 on steam. Is there anyway to transfer that money to my steam wallet, or buy it on xbox but play it on my pc? Thanks!

hello I'm from the year 2021 i just wanted to say do you know anyone who wants to trade a $30 Xbox gift card for a steam card I don't play Xbox but I really want a couple of games on my wish list but I'm broke and I got this card as a gift. I'll take a $10 steam card.

The last part just makes it more suspicious.

Necroing a random thread to try and trade a card for a Xbox card is pretty dodge. Hopefully no one falls for this.
