disappearing charm. Need immediate help. PLEASE!

last night prior exiting dota 2, i still have a charm with 2 wins and a loss. as i log-in my steam and opened dota 2, to my surprise my charm disappeared. I've tried re logging my account and even transferring to account pc's, still my efforts are in vain for my charm still disappeared. this night i was recycling items for i wanted to make another charm, but still disappointed from the disappearance. the recycle was successful, thus created another charm then i subsequently logged out. when i log-in the same event occurred, my charm vanished like thin air. that is why i've decided to report the sudden disappearance of my charms. please attend to my concern, i'm deeply in need of your assistance. thank you. more power to steam.
