Downloading games disconnects my Internet.

Okay, this is very frustrating. I'm wired to my router. I have Comcast and I'm paying for 150mb/s. Here are my results from Xfinity Speed Test: http://results.speedtest.xfinity.com/result/1443628804.png

Updating games does nothing, just updates them with no problem. It's only when I'm downloading games. It took me almost two hours to download a 1.2GB game. So here is exactly what happens:

I start the download, it will download about 250 MB and then it will disconnect the internet. So I can't connet to anything. But the weird thing is that it will only disconnect my computer. My phone is still connected. All of my drivers are updated, I tried two different ethernet cords, I've tried throttling steam's download limit, I've tried changing the download location, I can't think of anything else to do.

Almost forgot, when it disconnects it, I have to restart my router for it to work again. This is very frustrating. I recently purchase the grand master thing for the Total war, and it included 7 games and a bunch of DLCs, it took me a day and a half to download all of that.

I've read online that people with the same problems updated to windows 10 and that fixed it, but that is not an option for me. I'm currently running Windows 8.1.

I've finally finished downloading another game, but I want to get this fixed before I download another one.

Forgot to mention a few more things.

I've had my steam account for almost 2 years now, NEVER had this problem until about a week ago. And I don't know if this is related or not, but when I'm playing '7 Days To Die' and playing on a server, it will kick me off after about 2 minutes, sometimes evern quicker. Doesn't give me any errors, just kicks me off. I know I'm not getting banned or anything, since it happens to every server I join.

Same problem here but iven when play any game in Steam , the wifi connection go down and is impossible to play.
