Can't send in a support ticket with an image?

A few days ago, I sent in a support ticket about a damaged wallet code, but for some reason I couldn't send the ticket with an image attached. When I pressed "Send," nothing happened. I decided to just send an imgur link and remove the attachment. This managed to work. However, support has responded by asking me to send in a photo in .jpg format attached to the post, but clicking "Send" still doesn't do anything, despite the button brightening. Any fixes, or other people experiencing this?

I would respond to your ticket and explain uploads aren't working. A lot of people have been experiencing problems with avatars not uploading, so I wonder if the two situations aren't related somehow.

I'm considering just responding with that if I don't find any solutions on here, but I already explained that in my original ticket. ;-;

The same is happening to me... I'm trying to remove my old phone number, and can't send a ticket with an image of a CD-key that I've used... and you can't ask steam support, because they're the ones that have the issue!

Try changing the image format. I had Jpg changed to PNG and it worked. I think there is a limit on how big the image can be.

Try a different browser or network
