Random FPS drops

My PC specs:
GeForce GTX650
Intel Xenon x5450 @ 3.00 GHz
6GB RAM DDR3
64-bit
Win7 (NOT Geniune)

So here's the problem. I usually run CS:GO @ 170 FPS (average), and I recently came across this FPS issue where random frame drops kick in. FPS would drop, where the "var" thing on net_graph 1 would go red, and jump up to value of 5 or 6. The drop is down to 25 FPS and lasts for like a minute, then it would come back up. And that goes in circle every 3rd in-game round.
GPU and Audio drivers are up-to-date, GPU and CPU temperatures are completely fine, I have no viruses in my computer, my CS:GO is -threads 4 and -high, I use lower settings with low resolution, and my internet is somewhat stable (average ping - 55ms).
I came up with 2 ideas: Either it's my damaged power supply, or because my version of Windows 7 is not genuine
I live in an area where power cut-out happens quite often, due rain, storming and wind. Could that damage my power supply? I have some ordinary 500W supply, nothing too special about it.
Or it's the non-genuine version of Windows?
I tried re-installing the game, trying ♥♥♥♥-tons of steam launch and console options, and turning off steam overlay in-game.Nothing helps.
What could it possibly be?

I've no idea what you're asking me about..
Oh and I forgot to mention that this also happens in any game I play. The older and easier the game is to handle - less drops there will be. If I was to play TF2, I'd get frequent drops just like in CS:GO. When playing League of Legends, there are less drops, as the game is easier to process/handle.
