What are you watching it with; playback software?
If you open your videos using VLC Media Player, then should be fine.
If you are only recording to online (like Twitch Live Stream) you will have to wait a short time after a stream has finished, so Twitch can fully process the video to your account.
No I am recording in MP4 and playback in windows media player it only happens when I change the encoder but if I use standard one it looks like ♥♥♥♥

Even if I try to use it in Sony vegas it won't show the video
It sounds like lack of support format, which that can be fixed by getting cccp, or k-lite. Also depending on the encoder, the microsoft media player, may not even support it.

VLC is way better than windows media player, as it has all the formats support you need for audio, and/or video.

VLC is a good universal video player that has most codecs baked into it. So another recommendation for VLC.
Yeah but even when I try importing it to shadowplay it still won't show the video it makes no sense

Whenever I turn on x264 so I can change quality the video doesn't work that's the prob

This.
Probably has something to do with media player saying network is to busy to view video at original quality any ideas

If you can't view your recordings with anything then it probably means you're using a bad encoding for OBS.

Try tweaking your recording settings, changing the encoding or file format slightly. You *might* be able to get an output from VLC, but no guarantees. Besides, the fact that Vegas can't read your recordings raises massive red flags.
Did you install VLC?
Did you get the codec packs?

If you done none of this, then that why you're not able to view your video, because you don't have support for the x.264 format.
Could you put the links I didn't know. You had too
