If then OBS is too dark, try raise the Gamma in OBS to around 1.1
If you are going to Live Stream with OBS, ensure it is the newer OBS Studio (OBS Classic is no longer supported) and that it's up to date. OBS if you live-stream with it, there are sever selection as well; sometimes one server is not a good choice and so might have to change that.
Overall I would say if you've perhaps done all this already, checking your settings.
Then run DDU App and dump out your GPU Drivers and redo them; then do Custom using NVIDIA Installer and don't install Geforce Experience. For one, you don't really need it; and two its just junkware that gets in the way of having a good experience.
