Games Crashing/Not responding now

I apologize for the lack of information at the moment, but i run windows 10, and lately like the past couple weeks, most of my games either crash or stop responding for no reason or at random intervals. An example being Binding of isaac, i crash going into the boss room, and the forest crashes on loading or moving. I do have a chat logger, but i closed out of it, i tried deleting the steam.dll and steam2.dll that hasnt helped sadly, and ive even tried deleting the clientregistry.blob . If theres is more information that is needed let me know and ill fetch it. id like to play games again ;-;

I have used verify integrity of game cache, and nothing has happened, i apologize for not mentioning that, and as for antivirus i have avast but i have it whitelisted on my firewall. Im downloading an antimalware/spyware program from that list now and network connectivity isnt a problem since i have played online with friends on some of my games that kinda work
