Steam Wallet Code Not Activated - Bought From Amazon

As title says. :/

Bought 2 20 dollar steam cards from amazon. One is scratched other isn't but assume both are not activated. Is there anything I could do or am I forced to attempt to request a refund?

you will have to contact Amazon and ask for a refund, it will probably take a lot of effort to deal with that, as you will likely have to prove that the cards were not activated by you.

What's the point of buying Steam cards on Amazon anyway? If you can pay online, pay directly on Steam.

Because the vendor that sells you the card activates it as part of the purchase.

Ask their customer support. Steam cannot help you. This is an Amazon issue.

Ah okay. Are gift cards bought online suppose to come with a receipt btw? Mine came in an envelope with just the two cards inside and nothing else.

The receipt should have been sent to you via email.

You should be able to find the invoice under your completed orders in your Amazon account.
