Dota 2 wont start in online Mode

For some days now I am having trouble to get Dota 2 to work. From one day, it would no longer start. It freezes in the Loadscreen(the black screen with the dota 2 logo in the middle) and windows 7 reports Dota2.exe does not react.

When I switched to a friends account, it started. Then I switched account back to my one and it worked again. But after restart it would not work again. The next days I used the "log in with a different account, start dota, exit dota, log in to my acc and start dota"-workaround. But since today this workaround does not help. It won't start on my friends account now either.

So I tried switching steam to offline mode and dota starts up again. But it won't start up in online mode. Please help. Thank you!

Update: Ofc I allready tried deinstall and reinstalling Dota2 and also checking the game files for consistency.

I created a new steam accound and Dota works fine there. Seems to be a problem with my local account. How can I delete my account form this machine?

Another update: When i start with the new account I start on the noob front screen (getting started, trainig and stuff) but when I press the big Red Dota screen on the left top side to get to the Main page Dota2.exe stops working again. After I press "search game" I can enter the Main page without problems, tried this multiple times. Mainpage makes trouble :-(

Well, it works on my new account, as long as I dont switch into the Main Screen, right away. I Can play. After ther game I can switch to mainscreen and it works. And Mainscreen works in Offline mode. And it also works after I played a game. But the Mainscreen works not, if I start right into the mainscreen, as my normal account will do. A neat workaround would be a startup command that sets the default screen for example to the "Learn" screen.

Ok I just tried something else. When I play a game on my new account, then go to the main screen afterwards, then logg off, log into my old account, then dota2 will start on my old account without problems. But only if I manage to enter the main screen with the other account before...
