I just downloaded dragon Age origins ultimte edition
is there a way to play it with a xbox 360 controller?

Dragon Age Origins does not have any controller support on PC. Mouse and keyboard are way superior in this game anyway.

I know bot I find a controller way more confortable
anyway I think I'll try using joytokey or xpadder

They tailored the interface and enemy encounters to mouse and keyboard input. You can play with a controller, but you're kinda raising the difficulty on yourself.
