No because you can't buy DLC for yourself without the base game on Steam.

no. thats like asking if you can play DLC from the playstation store on your xbox one.

In my case only PC (with Windows 10).
So I should buy back is the basic game that the dlc of steam.
Unfortunately I have the witcher 3 of origin and mass effect 1,2,3 and watch dogs of uplay.
If I want to use the steam dlc I buy them on steam.

I was hoping there was a way to buy and use the dlc of steam.
I have connected my games to the Steam library, and appear on the list ...

You need to have the game on your Steam account to buy DLC for it from Steam. Adding as a non-Steam game doesn't count.

Thanks, then pen that I could buy back the witcher 3 goty ... and for the future I will look well that the games are goty versions if purchased on other platforms.
