You may want to double check your conversions though, 6$S is 4.19$US. If you want 5$US you need to spend 7.15$S
To answer your question: Money that you spend counts. If you want to buy a 1$ game from your wallet, that won't count as you already spend it.
um conflicting answers, any clarification?
as for conversions, yes i know that S$6 is 4.19 USD, but in steam it says i have spent 4.26 USD, idk whats happening
UPDATE:
if i spent 4.26 USD, that would mean i spent S$6.09 on steam, but all i ever did was add S$6 to my steam wallet... unless clicking on the multiple S$0.03 items from TF2 available on the steam community market somehow did soemthing...
Adding 5$ to your wallet and then spending that 5$ will not count as 10$, it will only count as 5$ since that is all Valve has received from your bank.
Buying a 5$ game today and then a 5$ game tomorrow will count as 10$ since Valve has received 10$ from your bank.
ok, so i can't get unlimited account... but if i just want to get TF2 premium, i just have to buy something from the store right? at first i tried buying the cheapest thing (a mayflower cosmetic case), and it had to be bought from the community market, and i thoguht all items are like that. but i just found out you can directly purchase other items sucha s weapons (right?), so does that mean i still can get tf2 premium without needing to get and unlimited steam account?
If you buy it with funds other than your Steam wallet, yes. Money cards, credit/debit cards, banking transmissions. As long as you add money to your Steam account in some way yourself...
If the amount you add totals to more than $5 USD altogether, yes.
