So there's no built-in automatic way. But you could set one up using programming.
When u unsubscribe this mod in Steams workshop why isn't Steam in charge to delete it from my hdd and clean the place it former used?
Claim, use, waste, pollute, leave and forget about it?
But there are only cryptic files with none or bad descriptions/hints which mod is in this folder...
I'm trying to help you, it would be easier to if you would stop ranting and start discussing constructively.
An attempt: Go ask in the game forum how to identify (and delete) mods.
