Fan speed cycles when running Steam Client

So I noticed that every time I run steam client my fan speed cycles and my lights turn off and on on my pc. This only happens when I run steam client, i can run all my programs at the same time and have no problems to include running big programs like premiere pro and photoshop. This only happens when I run steam. any help????????? I have an Aurora R4 Alienware computer.

I tried this and I have the aurora R2, but it gave me a message saying "This installation package is not compatible with this platform."

@Stumpii . I'm in the same situation. I fixed going in dell support center, then download the command center version for my old Aurora.

the only thing is that command center is not available for Windows 10 64 bit ....

this work for some reason but for me its different, command center is not available for Windows 10 but i was able to run command center from my old HDD that has windows seven (came with pc) I upgraded to new SSD and am now runing windows 10 but I am able to run the program from my old hard drive since it is still installed. just run Alien Command Center and thanks @Bomber147!!
