[POSSIBLE SOLUTION] Steam client could not connect to server
Solution:

1. In Windows 10, Open Settings > Network and Internet > Proxy , and then turn off both automatic and manual proxy settings.
2. Exit Steam client.
3. Disconnect and reconnect internet.
4. Open Steam.

This is a possible solution for following issues when your internet connection is fine :
1. Steam fatal error needs to be online to update
2. Steam unable to dowload games/updates (stuck between resume and pause)
3. Steam unable to connect to the servers. (unable to browse in Steam client)
4. Error communicating with the Steam server.
5. Resource (web proxy) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.
6. Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding.

This solution could also work for other apps / software like Origin. (Need confirmation)
