If you want Java badly, you will have to use Internet Explorer, as others also ended support for NPAPI such as firefox, and few other broswers a long time ago.

He not going to have a graphics card, as what he using is a integrated intel graphics from the CPU.
gets office apps/hoework done without breaking the bank.
It's wierd tho. it runs fallout new vegas at a almost solid 30 FPS for for some reason a game like this runs like 3/5 fps.
