My Steam is up-to-date but CS:GO says my steam client needs to update: Mac

Having problem from today, not able to launch game. Whenever I try to launch the game, it says Client is out of date and at the same time it says client is up to date. Not sure how to solve this. Please help

Click on Steam in the top left corner, go to preferences and then click 'change' at the beta update. Worked for me. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=182912431
