sounds like a third party non-steam website, ask there and dont get scammed

Ask them, it's an unsupported, unauthorized third party website that is in no way related or affiliated with Valve.
Keep in mind that those websites are neither safe or trustworthy.

It's a SCAM site. Why are people just now getting ahold of that site? It's been a scam for at least 2 years.

You CANNOT "get your stuff" from it. Your items and money if you've spent any or traded them, are GONE.
