5 euro restrictions

I have activated a 5 dollar gift card but as I'm European it converted to 4 euros and something. If I buy a game that costs 4 euros with some money I have left on a paysafe card will the restriction go away? If not should I refund the game and then buy a 5 euro game with the combined money?

As long as the total is 5 Euros or more, yes. You can use the combined wallet and paysafe payments.

So I will need to buy a game with the paysafe money, refund it and then buy a 5 euro game right? What if I I refund the secund game too hahaha will the restriction come back? Thank you

No. Using your existing wallet funds along with your paysafe card to purchase a game that equals at least 5 Euros will remove the restriction.

That is all you need to do.

The restriction limit would be completely meaningless if it could be bypassed so easily. If it could be bypassed like that they might as well just make every account unlimited because everyone would do it.

Charging your wallet with a Steam Wallet card does count for unlocking, yes.
