[SOLVED]Trade Accepted but did not receive item.

So I sent a trade for a csgo key because I redeemed it from a rewards website. It says trade accepted and it even showed "1 new item in inventory" and when i clicked on it it showed the gamma 2 case key. Right now I don't have the key in my inventory. Help please. It's in my trade history as well "+ Gamma 2 Case key."

EDIT: Fixed it by going into csgo in game inventory and it jumpstarted my steam inventory.

Did you trade outside of Steam for this?

Did you see the warnings that stated "you will not get anything" if you traded AWAY without seeing the item in question?

Which site, exactly, is it that you're getting this "reward" from? Here's a hint: if the steam forum censors the name, *it is a scam*.

Steam does censor it, but it's not a scam, I've withdrawed from it several times and gotten 6 keys. No it did not say anything about that, i'm 100% sure it says trade accepted and i didn't lose anything. I've found other people who have had this problem

You're making the same complaint everyone else is.
Like Zekiran said, if the name is censored, it's a scam. That's why it's censored in the first place.

They lure you in with promises of free stuff, let you win a little bit, and then rip you off later.

You're not going to be banned. All I'm saying is trading with sites isn't supported. While there's nothing preventing the use of 3rd party sites, you assume all the risk.

No, you're not going to get banned, you just will *never see* your new stuff. Stop giving them money or trading away items to them. Learn from it and move on.

But i've withdrawed from it several times and gotten many keys, i searched up this problem and loads of people said it's because of steam servers being slow.

yeah but steam says the trade is accepted, but the item is not in my inventory.

Hey guys, I eventually fixed the problem by going into csgo and it jump started my inventory.
