Error Code: -109 [Need Help!]

I have recently been receiving this error code when ever I try to access steam community via the software. It comes up with the following message:
'Error Code: -109

Failed to load web page (unknown error).'

I have tried restarting my WiFi, and nothing changed. I then logged out of steam and back in again and again, nothing changed. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this because I have no idea what more I should try.

Hey y'all, I'm getting the 109 error code and can't seem to figure it out. Any solutions found yet?

Hey guys, I had the exact same error 109. I fixed this by reseting my wifi's IP address. To properly do this visit "Wifi doesn't have a valid IP configuration on windows 10" video in You Tube posted by FIXsage channel. Hope this helps.
