CS 1.6 as gift with some access key.
Hi.
I would like to buy a game (CS 1.6) for my brother for Christmas and my question is - is it possible to buy it in the form of a serial key that I could print and give him. And he would register his account and add the game through this key.
My brother has no account and I do not want to transfer the game electronically. He has to find it under the Christmas tree.

Buy him a Steam wallet card and let him purchase it when he creates his own account.

The game might be on sale for the Winter event. So it would be nice for him to have a bit of extra money for another game as well.
