Edit - Yup, it is. The developers were using their games to abuse the market. You still have the games and their achievements, but you just can't view the achievements page.

I never owned any Zonitron or Digital homicide games.
You did not lose the games. They are still in your client library if you take a look. You can still download and play all those games if you bought them before they got removed.
They just dont count for your games list anymore since they dont have a Steam Database API.
They basically count as "Free to Play" games now. Those also dont count for your games list.
Well that is more tricky. You would have to look for a list of developers that got banned from Steam and their published games. Then compare that with your library.
But honestly i dont know where you could find such a list, Steam itself is silent about those things as always.
I only know Digital Homicide and Zonitron by name but there are a few more.
This one's a little different. 18 million lawsuit over Steam comments and reviews? Just ... wow.

Edit: The search is apparently temporary until Steam cleans house. Digital Homicide's page is completely empty.

All of the games are just stolen assets sold on the steam store, Dev has used Multiple accounts to circumvent bans, pricing against valves rules, mass achievement spam games that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with steam api (5000+ achievements in one game) etc.
