Transgender dysphoria and steam username

So I've had this account for years and built up so much on it. Problem is, everytime i log in, I see my dead name. Yes, I can change my name that people see me by but the dead name is still in the topright corner of the window and i have to enter it every time i log in. This is so much dysphoria honestly and it bothers me a lot. I know steam doesn't normally do this but I'd very gratefully appreciate if they could change the username. I don't care what they change it to. Anything without that name in it is fine with me. I couldn't find a "contact us" button anywhere on the website so I'm posting here instead. I have had a legal name change and could provide those documents to the staff if they'd be able to change it with those. I just really dislike the fact that I might have to give up so many games just because when i was 10 I was stupid and just entered my name at the time.

I know it's not impossible for the staff to do it since i've seen a couple of success stories online and i'm willing to give a lot to make this happen. I don't even want it changed to anything specific I just want that dead name gone so I don't have to see it literally every time i come onto steam.

Your SteamID and Steam Account Name can not be changed, even by Steam Support staff members. Your Steam Community ID can be changed at any time in your Steam Community settings, under "Edit my SteamID page".

there is no one here that is on Steam Staff. this is a user forum. Steam Staff can only be contacted by using the Support Tickets, and changing an Account Name is not something they do. It is set in stone and permanent when you create the account.
