My CPU is real bad, (AMD A8 7650k Radeon R7) Im looking to upgrade, what is the best CPU compatible with an FM2+ Socket?

Even the best would still be terrible. The FM2+ socket and all it's APUs were an abysmal design failure.

Here's a much more helpful response.

I'm pro AMD but there really is no good FM2+ cpu.

This makes me really mad, What are all the parts i need to replace in order to get a new socket for a new processor?

Motherboard

And RAM. Nothing good from AND for DDR3.

1. You need to replace CPU, Motherboard, and RAM if you want to do a real upgrade.

2. What is your budget.

3. Giving you heads up, Intel coffeelake flagship is supposedly coming out next month, and if it meets within your budget I say the wait is worth it for that.

not true. actually dualing cards with the cpu's gpu had great performance, compareable to intel / nvidia high end builds. However, better options from AMD are available, but if he wants to stay on the FM"+ socket I'd recommend FX 8350 or better, this CPU actually outperforms the i7 6800k but only costs 120 bucks..
The FX 8350, or the other FX chips will not fit, or work on FM motherboards, they have to be AM3+, and please stop making things up, that isn't even close to being true, as said before in real world performance in games, a G4560 is good as FX 8350, and G4560 a dual core.

the motherboard and depending on what motherboard you get you would also need new RAM (if you had ddr3 you will most likely get a ddr4 capable motherboard if you want to improve your build)
Honestly mate, I wouldn't do that.. people claiming AMD sucks or saying fm2+ has no good CPUs have 0 background in IT.
Buy an FX 8350 for your board and a better graphics card.
The FX 8350 outperforms intels i7 6800k proof here:
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+FX-8350+Eight-Core
Again the FX 8350 will not work, or fit in a FM motherboard....

ah yeah fm board.. kinda oversaw that..

not making up things though.. these are facts.

The FX series do not fit in a fm2+ socket, and an 8350 sure as hell is not faster than a 6800k.

right.. older series.. not 6800k.
so go for A10 then on an fm board it's not like there is any other/better option.

Please stop, you really have no idea what you're talking about at all. :conwayfacepalm: He won't see much of a difference, as he may only see a very small increasing in real world performance, which is waste of money, and time. If he wants a real upgrade, it's Intel, or Ryzen, so please stop making bad advice that you have no idea what you're talking about at all.

Yeah, no I won't stop. Because I am absolutely 100% right when I say that it really depends on what you are doing on your PC. If you are just playing games, AMD is cheaper and just as good or even better in some cases. AMD has a better single application performance.
If you plan on running a more complex environment, like video editing, 3d rendering or Virtual machines, then yes intel will be the better choice.

here are some fps comparisons between said FX cpu (which he can't put on his board, true..)
it's in spanish, but since the music is terrible, just turn down volume forward to the middle of the video and look at the numbers.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKohQpbJ3J4
You will notice there is little to no difference in FPS and in some cases the FX runs better than the intel.
