Content File Lock please help.

So, about a week or two ago I received my computer back from geek squad because it need to get fixed. They basically had to wipe everything and they added bitdefender as the antivirus and now I can redownload OOTP 18. Can someone help please? I've been getting the "Content file locked" message. I don't have the URL for it, but there was an 86 in brackets. I've tried looking at some other posts with similar issues to no avail.
