That doesn't mean anything. Videos like that are literally just advertisements.
A while ago there was an uproar because some Youtubers made videos about how they "found" a betting site and wanted to show it off because it's so cool. Turned out that they owned and operated the site.
the site owner answers to no one if they scam you. best to just avoid it.
I don't see very many of these popular Youtubers making videos about how they just lost hundreds or thousands of dollars on a bet.
thats the scam. You use a code, you "win" lots of stuff. You then have to deposite money to get your "Winnings". When you put your money in, you get nothing back.
