ps4 controller
this has probably been answered plenty but im to lazy to go through the posts, does steam now support ps4 controllers?

If the games support a Xbox controller a PS4 controller will also work.

It works natively on Steam now. Go to your settings > controller > general controller settings, and check PS4 controller.

No, Steam will emulate the PS4 controller as a Xbox/Steam controller. Launch your games via Steam big picture mode when using the PS controller.

It WILL change the control layout to PS4 controls for some games. I know God Eater will and Hollow Knight will, though its kind of sporadic and imperfect where sometimes it will still pop up as an Xbox controller. But the controller will work regardless of the layout in game.
