Have you tried creating a new trade URL?

You can create a new trade URL with the following link:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/me/tradeoffers/privacy

While that link does redirect to the correct page, the proper format should be.

http://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy
