BUG: Steam's "Back" button shows older cached pages

When you hit the "Back" button or shortcut to return to the previous page, it often seems to take you to an older, (apparently cached) page from some time ago instead of the actual page you left.

I noticed this a while ago - on the Trails of Cold Steel store page, I click on something, then hit back, and it doesn't take me to the current store page, but back to the version of that page which existed before the game was released.

And in the community forums pages, if I read a topic on the second page of posts and hit back, it takes me to an older version of page 2 from a week ago - not the one I left.

Anyone else noticed this happening?

It happens to me often on the forums. For example, if I view a thread on the second page of a forum, then click "<-" It takes me to what the second page would of been like a couple days ago. If I hit refresh after that it will load the correct up to date second page
