Rise of the Tomb Raider(Humble Bundle Monthly) on Steam
I saw the offer of Tomb Raider on Humble Bundle but I actually want to know if I can redeem the key on Steam because you can't buy the standard edition anymore

Its the Steam version, yes. Even if a version of a game is no longer sold on Steam they can still be activated/downloaded/played with a legit key for it.
