OP, its very possible there might be a keylogger in your computer, maybe try using your antivirus to scan
Why are you asking?
Because it is either another account being accessed or some sort of spyware running on your computer that captures the new password every time you change it.
I scanned my pc with AVG Free but no viruses were found.
It should be showing your login name, not your profile name. Unless that's what you used for both.
It was an extra-old account using my "nirvak" nickname as login username.
Now I changed this password also and I hope to have solved the issue.
