What is the best gaming/film video editing software at a reasonable price?

I would like a free software but since that is hardly available, I am willing to give a maximum of 50€ only if:

- the 60fps 1080p high quality recorded gameplay can be edited, rendered and exported at no lower than 60fps, 1080p

- has a friendly interface

- is good for high quality youtube gameplays

- has lots of effects and features for editing normal movies done with a camera

I use a program called Movavi Game Capture. It's works just fine for me. It records at 60fps @1080p (make sure you have enough disk space for 1080p videos). Program is at a fair price of $30. They offer a free trial. Try before you buy to see if it's what you're looking for.

Unfortunately there is no "in" program editing tool. It is for game capturing and easy upload to YouTube only. Movavi has Screen Capture which has recording and editing. It's pretty simple to use and has great reviews. I am happy with both programs. When recording at 60fps @ 1080p, your ram and hard drive will have to be up to par. Try the free trial with Screen Capture and see how it works for you. It will give you a fps counter on the screen. This will determine if your system will capture at your desired fps. The program is around $50 if you decide to purchase it. Hopefully some other Steam members can offer some more info on other possible programs. Hope this helps you out.
