I cant activate and run game / ISO HELP PLZ

When I start the game, I have this message:
Currently your game purchase cannot be re-validated successfully, please wait 24 hours and try again.'

I've been trying to activate the game for a few days and all this time this message pops up, I've added one person added to trusted computers but now I've deleted and now only I have access to the account and nobody else what's going on ???

Did you change anything on your pc in the last days? Hardware or upgraded your bios or similar?
Thats a error that pops up with DENUVO protected games now and then.
Basically the system no longer matches the install enviroment because something has changed so DENUVO cant validate that you are on the same system the game was activated/installed on intially.
At least thats what the few threads i found about this topic showed.

And even stranger that when I add this game to a different steam account I can run it, only in the main account I can not run it, what is going on ??
