You should be able to trade the cases for other stuff with other users.
But no, you can't use the market. Still there are other ways of getting stuff.

I know about steam market , i was asking about other sites to sell these.. I think there are no other sites for selling cheap cases . Thanks for the help. I am not planning to buy something from steam just for selling these :)

There is no way to sell/trade skins on third-party sites with a limited account as you are not able to get the skins out of your inventory.

Then do that! Trade the cases for something else, nothing else you could do.

I think that game items are a different thing than community items.

Limited accounts can receive items. But can not trade or send items.
