Cant Use CD Key?

so in 2015 i had recieved the elder scrolls IV Oblivion with TES Anthology, however it came with a game of the year edition code.

however now i have boughten a game of the year deluxe edition game with a code for the DLC but its saying "Product Already Owned. This Steam Account already owns the product(s) associated with this activation code. Click next to proceed to installation."

i dont own the GOTY Deluxe just the GOTY which has 2 compared to 9

and theres no way to talk to a live person on support so i am so confused as to what is going on.

You can remove the old version. Just go to the the SUPPORT page at the top.
Search for the game, choose " i want to permanently remove this game from my account" and then confirm.
After that you can use the new code with the version with 9 DLC.

actually just got a bit more complicated xD

the anthology code includes skyrim and all add ons morrowind and all add ons as well...

xD kinda stuck here lol

Ah yeah that sucks, if its a bundle key you cant remove the old version without removing the other games.
Hm, well as a last resort you could create a new Steam account and activate the Deluxe version on there. But Family Share will not work since this account of yours already owns the game in some form so it will not recognize the Deluxe version on the other account. :/ Really kind of stuck.

Just a thought, so it doesn't go to waste.
