Yeah i honestly wondering about that, with that CPU you should not be able to play them that well.
OK 40 FPS on low settings could be possible. Its about the same you can expect from the games you listed. Again, i cant gurantee that those titles will run but you can give it a try if low settings at 40 FPS or so are enough for you.
I dont know, it should not. Advanced Warfare alone has requirements who are way higher then your specs. The recommended graphic card is a GTX 760 , a card which is about 2,5 times more powerful then your GT 1030.
I can only say what SHOULD work according to the specs.
Well in that case, just buy the games? If they dont work you can still refund them, at least if you buy on Steam.
From the games you listed RUST, Dead Island, H1Z1, Dead by Daylight and Rainbow Six should work well if you can play Advanced Warfare or even WW2.
The system requirements are similar in most cases.
Honestly i am not the right person to ask for that. All those games are highly multiplayer focused and i dont play MP at all. The only one from the list i played is Dead Island.
Which is a fun open world zombie game with a long campaign. But only played it in Single Player.
Proof please

I'd say your MW3 doesn't look maxed out either, despite that actually being rendered in 1920x1080 for you.
