"No DSL connection"

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem that I run up too. My router turned off, and obviously my internet connection did as well, after a day, I entered steam just to see that I can't enter the store, because there's a sign that says "No DSL connection", also, it says:


The router has not established a DSL connection to your local exchange. The DSL light on the router will blink while it is trying to connect, and stay on if it connects successfully.

Click here to recheck the connection status. If the router still cannot connect, contact your ISP for technical assistance.

I tried restarting the router, my computer, even reinstalling steam and all my games, but nothing seems to work. The only way I can enter the store is through the navigator google chrome. If anyone knows a solution for this, thanks in advance.
