HI i have already whent to common refund question and it doesnt resolve it. the problem is i dont have purchases because i cancelled it because its my first time to purchase and i want to play PUBG. since i canceled the transaction i have no purchases but steam already tool 759.60 PHP on my account. here's the message

That amount is on a temporary hold and will be released back to you in a few days. That was explained in the KB article I linked to you.

yes. i already talked to a globe store bro. pinoy din ako, they told me to contact 2882 and advised me nothin else. its been 3 weeks now and still nothing. i contacted globe through email and gave me a dispute form to fill up so they can investigate about my refund.

dude hindi mababalik refind naten hanggat di nakikita ng personnel nila. madami nakong nakitang nagsasabing wag mag pay online gamit gcash kasi pag may transaction, naka resibo na agad. sa bangko one month pa bago ma deduct sa servers nila kaya pwede mabalik. try mo mag search sa google, mga paypal users hindi nakukuha refund nila
