Why would you come on the Steam forums rather than going straight to the police? That's what I would do if someone would have stole from me. Morover a police report would probably help with whatever communication you have with Valve about it.
Your answer here is to contact Valve and the police.
It took you fifteen days to realize, someone has been messing with your Steam account?
Or did you, by any chance, confirm the trade?
@Jerry it was not a trade but a DLC sent as gift, as far as i know steam purchase doesn't doesn't require further confirmation like trade, to make matter worse i didn't check my account for 2 days..
@MancSoulja the purchase was made using balance you get from redeeming steam gift card because of that I'm confused on what option i should contacting steam support,,,,
