Somebody using my account and send gift to themselves
I figured it to late and cannot refund the purchase at all. Should I just give up or is there any other way?

How did said person even get there? Search your computer for malware and change all your passwords from a different machine.

Thank's for responding, i believe it was a mistake on my part. I forgot to log out from an internet Cafe and then i found it to late...

Wouldn't hurt to contact support still, I would think under the circumstances they would help you out and hopefully punish the account that was gifted. If not you could disput the charge with your bank, though this might affect your standing with Steam.

Nope. "Gifter's remorse? I just pretend it was someone else's fault!"

Thank's for the reply guys. Is there a particular option in steam support for my kind of problem? I tried checking the purchase and account option but it seems there are none that correlate with my problem..

Why would you come on the Steam forums rather than going straight to the police? That's what I would do if someone would have stole from me. Morover a police report would probably help with whatever communication you have with Valve about it.

Yeah dude, let's just give up when someone steals from you and you can easily track them down. Let's not even contact Valve.

Your answer here is to contact Valve and the police.

It took you fifteen days to realize, someone has been messing with your Steam account?
Or did you, by any chance, confirm the trade?

Thank's for the advice guys. The issue has been solved. Apparently if you have ever make this dumb mistake like me(forgetting to log out) and then somebody use your account to gift themselves some game, try contacting steam support under the option purchase(http://prntscr.com/hicxy1) pick the recent purchase(http://prntscr.com/hiczgu) and choose the option "I have a question about this purchase" and describe your issue

@Jerry it was not a trade but a DLC sent as gift, as far as i know steam purchase doesn't doesn't require further confirmation like trade, to make matter worse i didn't check my account for 2 days..

@MancSoulja the purchase was made using balance you get from redeeming steam gift card because of that I'm confused on what option i should contacting steam support,,,,
