Strange black screen then boots

I got this refurbished Lenovo Desktop computer from eBay for $100.99. When I got this computer I quickly connected it to a TV and booted it up it booted normally then after about a day of use and setting it up I shut it down. Then the next day I go to turn it on and the screen is black for a while and then after about five minutes of watching a black screen after it showed the Lenovo name on screen and after that the screen was black for a while about 5 to 10 minutes that it booted into windows. Also I am installing a GTX 570 and Solid gear 80+ bronze 550 W power supply. Does anybody know what this issue is?

Is Steam installed on it yet? If it is, launch it, and go up to the HELP tab at the top of the steam window, click SYSTEM INFORMATION, and post the results here fully.
