Steam Broke

So theres been numerous posts about this but the issue is still here so heres another.

Steam after loading a game or sometimes 50-50 after starting steam will not be able to open any community links (profile page, steam workshop, discussions, sometimes steam store) Pretty much anything but your games library is broken.

Awile back people said to reset your steam browser cookies and cache, reinstall steam to clear chaches. Nothing. Steam has even frozen entirely as of today and frozen my entire system down to freezing windows explorer (only program to ever manage that for me)

Side note I get this issue sometimes however much less often on my laptop as well.

i thought that happened when your internet went out and it comes back ive had it happen a few times

Ive had only 1 loss of service with this internet.. I mean steam is the only thing that breaks like this i can still use anything else with the internet. This issue is like 4-6 years old at least tho.
