Lawsuit against steam

They have required our machines to use their platform in order to play certain games on our PC. I spent 25.00 on COD. I cannot play the game I purchased without their platform performing correctly, however they offer no support to fix their product. I smell a class action suit !!!!

Except Steam is made by Valve, Valve didn't developed "COD" so it's not their problem.

Please refer to Steam support & create a ticket regarding the matter... Steam is pretty much a console, you can't play the game without something running it.

I bought COD, I put the CD into my machine, I cannot play the game I purchased without Steam .. Steam is have Bootstrap errors. Its their fault !

I have read through out the forums, There is apparently not a fix for this problem.

COD requires Steam since Modern Warfare 2, you cannot install and play the game without Steam.

Try and download a fresh install for SteamClient, you get it here.

I have disabled my anti virus, firewalls, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer, read the forums. My computer runs EVERYTHING but steam.....

I cant install the game because steam will not load......... So yes, I have uninstalled Steam and re installed it... I put my log in info in and nothing......

Its not a password or user name issue, because I can log into the website just fine.

you only are showing 3 games on the acct . . . and COD isn't one of them
