Can I use a fake billing address when purchasing a game with a prepaid? Just asking.. No need for negativity..

Yes you can, but it's better to use real address just in case, if your Steam account gets stolen somehow. Then it's easier to remember real address, if Steam support asking it.

why would you need to? just find a random address online and it should work

So they wont kill you if you put something like "I don't have one" I did it as a joke and the transaction went through :/

This thread was created long before Valve required "correct" billing info for all purchases this year.

The Market now requires it too, since the beginning of May.

False information can lead to an account lock now.
