Windows 10(Version 1709) creator's update Cant play the Some Games(BlackScreen with sounds)

I am currently having a problem loading the games, I have uninstall the games through steam and reinstall, I have verify the Files, but the game would show a black screen with sounds. Does anyone know what else to do? I think this might be because of the windows update I just did since I could play the games before I updated.

I also try updating my graphics driver with DDU and I ended up with the same version 10.18.10.4653 when the newest one is 15.33.45.4653, I also tryed clearing the download cache in steam settings and it still doesnt work. games that wont work are shadowverse, Lyne, Broforce(which actually doesnt even show a screen, but has sounds).

here I found the solution just resize your window resolution on your computer and change it back to what you need
