I want to buy Assassin's Creed™: Director's Cut Edition. But Steam notice: Requires a dual core processor or better. Please check system requirements before purchasing.
My PC : Intel I5-4460 + 8GB RAM + VGA 750TI
How can I purchase this game ?

Well there's not much you can do since it is unavailable for purchase. You may be able to purchase a Uplay version from a site like gamesplanet https://uk.gamesplanet.com/game/assassin-s-creed-director-s-cut-edition-uplay-key--1849-1?ref=itad
