paysafecard 100sek only being worth 9.95 eur

I usually buy my games on steam with paysafecards but now i cant anymore since now 100 sek is only 9.95 eur and this means whenever i try to put in 10 eur it says that i dont have enough money, does anyone know if this will be fixed or if i can get a refund somehow (i dont have a card which i can use online as im only 16)
